BETHLEHEM, CT-15 December 2005-- Mother Noella Marcellino of the Abbey of Regina Laudis sniffs a Bethlehem Cheese while having her portrait taken at the abbey. Mother Noella has won international acclaim for her cheese making. She received a doctorate in microbiology from the University of Connecticut and also was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to go to France to study native fungus strains. She is the subject of a documentary film entitled "The Cheese Nun". (Photo by Robert Falcetti)
