BETHLEHEM, CT- 15 DECEMBER 2005- 121505BF03-- Mother Noella Marcellino of the Abbey of Regina Laudis holds a Bethlehem Cheese while having her portrait taken at the abbey. Mother Noella has won international acclaim for her cheese making. She received a doctorate in microbiology from the University of Connecticut and also was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to go to France to study native fungus strains.
