BETHLEHEM, CT- 11 OCTOBER 2005- Mother Noella Marcellino of the Abbey of Regina Laudis holds a strand of Rye which will be used to make mats which cover the abbey's cheese. Mother Noella has won international acclaim for her cheese making. She received a doctorate in microbiology from the University of Connecticut and also was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to go to France to study native fungus strains. (Photo by Robert Falcetti)
