COYOLITO (Tejutla), CHALATENANGO, EL SALVADOR- MAY 2000: Heavily armed Federal Army military police soldiers guard the streets surrounding a school where the government set-up a free clinic. The troops are needed they say to keep peace and protect the medicine and doctors. The clinics, the government said, is one way they can help ease the long tensions of the civil war in FMLN, Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front, controlled Chalatenango state.
